All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

This is standard practice in the Pokémon TCG industry due to the nature of collectible card products. If you have a question about a product before purchasing, reach out to us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Orders cannot be partially canceled — if you wish to cancel, the entire order must be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
