Refund policy

All Pokémon TCG sealed products, collectibles, and trading cards sold by Rival Trading Co. are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any TCG products once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rivaltradingco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped and cannot be partially canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@rivaltradingco.com.

Shop Pay Installments If you paid via Shop Pay Installments, refunds will be applied back to your installment plan. Processing times may vary.
