Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS. Shipping method is selected based on order value and size:
- Orders under $15 may ship via tracked envelope (LetterTrack)
- Orders $15 and above ship via USPS Ground Advantage through Pirate Ship
Delivery Times Delivery estimates vary by location. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@rivaltradingco.com with photos and your order number so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
